The Milwaukee Mile continues to be one of America’s premier, tradition-laden auto racing venues. Motorized racing events date back to 1903, a full eight years before the first Indianapolis 500, making The Mile the oldest, continually operating motor speedway in the country.

*HVAC, lights and 110 outlets are included in the building rental fees.
*If additional electricity and/or electrical servies are needed, such services will be charged at
existing State Fair Park connect charges.
*Set up and tear down rental days rates are 60% of daily rental rate.
*Police coverage for each event will be determined by the Wisconsin State Fair Park Police
Department.
*Clean up, set up and otherservices are not included in the building rental and will be charged
at current applicable rates.
Additional Milwaukee Mile Service Rates:
Mandatory additional fee if running vehicles on the Milwaukee Mile
Safety Director $22.50 per hour
Aditional Safety Personnel $16.00 per hour
Determined by Wisconsin State Fair Park after discussions with the Lessee.
